Align Text and Justify.




       


1.     Align Text Left  – It is used when any text aligned from left margin. To align text form left margin you have to select text first and then click on left alignment icon. If you want to do it by key board, select text first and then Press (Ctrl + L) key.

2.     Align Text Center – It is used when any text aligned from center. To align text form center you have to select text first and then click on center alignment icon. If you want to do it by key board, select text first and then Press (Ctrl + E) key.

3.     Align Text Right – It is used when any text aligned from right margin. To align text form right margin you have to select text first and then click on right alignment icon. If you want to do it by key board, select text first and then Press (Ctrl + R) key.



4.     Justify - When any text aligned from left margin to right margin it is called justify. To justify text you have to select text first and then click on justify option. If you want to do it by key board, select text first and then Press (Ctrl + J) key.

Here I am briefing about Bold, Italic, Under Line and Font




1. Bold - Bold option is use to high light any text. To bold any text you have to select text first and then click on B

2. Italic   -To do italic style of any word or text it will be used. To Italic any    text you have to select text first and then click on  I   
 

   
  3. Under Line   – To do under line of any text it is used. To underline any text you have to select text first and then click on U


4. Font Size – By changing font size you can change font as bigger or smaller. To select your text size it will be used, that you will found beside font style.
         

5. Font Color To change font color you have to click beside after selecting text which text you want to see as colorful.

About Cut, Copy and Pest functions



Now I am briefing about Cut, Copy and Pest functions.




CutTo cut a word or a part of a document first you have to select that part of document or word and  then click on cut option.

 Copy -   To copy a document or a sentence or a ward or a Table or anything you have to select that
document or word or table first and then click on copy option.

Paste – To pest a document or a part of a document first you have to copy desired Text and then move the cursor where you want to pest and click on pest option.

MS Word Office2007 - Office Button



ç Office Button – By clicking the office button you will find bellow options

ç  New – By clicking ‘new’ option you can open a new word file to do a new job

ç Open – Clicking ‘Open’ option you can find a list of documents

ç Save – Clicking Save option you can save a document or save any change of a document

ç Save As – Clicking Save As option you can save same file with another name or after making any change on a file you can change file name. 
ç Print – By Print option we can print a document and a print preview option helps to see total  Outlook of a page which also helps to make changes before printing start.
ç Prepare – Prepare option is used to view and edit documents properties, such as Title, Author, and Keywords. To check the document for Hidden metadata or personal Information. To encrypt a document. To add digital signature and also Make Document final as read only file.
ç Send – By ‘Send’ option we can send a document through E-mail attachment or a Bluetooth Device or use an internet fax service to the fax document.
ç Publish – By ‘Publish’ option we can post/Transfer a document to Blog or a Document Management Server.

Information Technology is the most important sector in the world. Now a days it is essential to learn basic perfect knowledge of IT. Most people are not very serious to get the basic knowledge on MS Office though many of them are used to access internet. If anyone tries to improve himself it is very easy.
I would like to share my knowledge to improve their skills on MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Photoshop, Video editing and many other things.
Now I would like to start basic tips on MS Word. Step by step I will discuss on MS Word of office 2007.
