MS Word Office2007 - Office Button



ç Office Button – By clicking the office button you will find bellow options

ç  New – By clicking ‘new’ option you can open a new word file to do a new job

ç Open – Clicking ‘Open’ option you can find a list of documents

ç Save – Clicking Save option you can save a document or save any change of a document

ç Save As – Clicking Save As option you can save same file with another name or after making any change on a file you can change file name. 
ç Print – By Print option we can print a document and a print preview option helps to see total  Outlook of a page which also helps to make changes before printing start.
ç Prepare – Prepare option is used to view and edit documents properties, such as Title, Author, and Keywords. To check the document for Hidden metadata or personal Information. To encrypt a document. To add digital signature and also Make Document final as read only file.
ç Send – By ‘Send’ option we can send a document through E-mail attachment or a Bluetooth Device or use an internet fax service to the fax document.
ç Publish – By ‘Publish’ option we can post/Transfer a document to Blog or a Document Management Server.
